Hello my beauty babies I am elated that you have found your forever home! As your new Esti Bestie my goal is to leave you with more confidence and knowledge about what it takes to keep you glowing from inside and out! Down below are a few policies I’d love for you to take the time out to read. **LATE POLICY** All Guest have a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes your service will be cancelled and charged a $15 late fee but can be rescheduled with the same deposit! There can only be 2 rescheduled appts with the same deposit. Same day cancellations result in a $15 dollar cancellation fee, clients can rebook however a new deposit will need to be paid. NO CALL NO SHOW CANNOT BOOK IN THE FUTURE. **DEPOSITS** Are non-refundable but will be added to your service. Remaining balance must be paid at the end of your service. Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp and EXACT Cash are acceptable with no charge, however if you would like to use card I do provide that option with a 2.5% convenience fee. I hope my rules are clear and acceptable, if there are any questions regarding the few rules and or what services include, do not be afraid to contact me. I would love to give everyone the same care and respect during their service so unfortunately I cannot respond to availability, reschedules or cancellations questions unless the website directs you to contact me. Cancellation Policy
No call, No show will result in Guest being restricted from future bookings and a $15 fee. No charge for Cancellations 24 hours prior to appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged a $15 fee of the requested service.
